Injury cases are routine here. Dr. Chin treats workers compensation patients, and where an attorney is handling a personal injury claim, treatment can proceed on a lien while the case settles.
A lien lets treatment go ahead before a claim is resolved. Rather than billing you at the time of the visit, the practice holds the charge against the eventual settlement.
If an attorney is already representing you, have their office call us and we will handle the paperwork with them directly.
Dr. Chin treats injured workers and is familiar with the reporting a comp claim requires. He is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California, though that evaluation role is separate from treatment.
