Accessibility Statement

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If something here does not work for you, we want to hear about it and we will fix it.

What is in place

• Text contrast is measured, not estimated. Body text sits at or above 4.5:1 against every background used on the site, and large text and interface borders at or above 3:1.
• Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. On dark sections that indicator changes colour so it stays visible.
• A skip link jumps straight to the main content.
• Headings, landmarks, lists and tables use real semantic markup, so screen readers can navigate by structure.
• Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Motion is an enhancement, never a requirement. If your system asks for reduced motion, animation is switched off and all content is shown immediately.
• An accessibility panel on every page offers larger text, higher contrast, underlined links, more readable spacing, and a motion pause. Your choices are remembered.
• The site remains usable at 200 percent zoom and on small screens.

Known limitations

Online scheduling for cosmetic treatments is provided by a third party on its own domain, and its accessibility is outside our control. If you have trouble with it, call the office and we will book for you.

Telling us about a problem

Call 510-451-6950 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Tell us what you ran into and which page you were on. If you cannot use this website to book, the office will take your appointment by phone.
